Oxted class 307/3D Diesel Train

Train arrives at Tunbridge Wells West station on the Spa Valley Railway

I first discovered the Kent and Sussex Oxted lines in 1965 shortly before the demise of the Eridge – Polegate railway. Steam could still be seen on this part of the Southern Region in the form of British Railways class
